Friends, IW Club of Bombay Andheri East’s committed Centenary President Sonali Ayyar with her Team,on Saturday, 29th July, 2023 held a virtual meet on Zoom and  invited Eminent speaker, trusted personal finance writer and author – Monika Halan ,Chief Guest – Centenary District Chairman : Pallavi Choksi graced the occasion and shared her wisdom, Guest of Honor  – CEO:HSBC Mutual Fund – Mr. Kailash Kulkarni facilitated the talk, Empowering partner – HSBC Mutual fund, was attended by 140 + guests virtually.

Ms Monika Halan highlighted, Importance of Financial Independence: Stressed on  empowering them to make informed decisions, plan for their future, and tackle unexpected challenges with confidence. Budgeting, Financial Planning, Understanding Investments, Options available to women, discussing Mutual funds, Stocks etc. To align with their financial goals,discussed importance of Emergency Funds and Debt Management, Financial stability, Retirement Planning, Insurance etc.

Pankh-Rally 2023 -IW DIST 314 , another milestone, a grand show of bonding and commitment of    friendship, a true embodiment of cultural and social event, a celebration of life of service! With the objectives of developing a scientific bent of mind in children and to enable them to understand the application of Science and Technology in day-to-day life,   Inner Wheel Club of Ambernath conducted an Inter School Science Exhibition / Competition on the 8th and 9th of September . The topics given to them were as follows :  1.Making Lifestyle Changes For a sustainable Development  2.Technological transformation and digital development.  3. Pollution control- air, land and water.  The aim being to encourage development and innovation in children. It was a mammoth response  with 30 schools participating from Ambernath and in and around Ambarnath. Apt to the topics and taking the rules and regulations into consideration, the students had set up their tables and displayed their projects meticulously and presented them so confidently to the judges who were amazed and found it very difficult to judge the best three displays.
